The Global Christian Network is a Georgia-based, not-for-profit, charitable, religious, and educational organization incorporated on June 2, 2004. The purpose and vision of the Global Christian Network is to produce, distribute and broadcast high quality Christian and family-value programming to local and regional affiliate stations and networks around the world in as many as eleven different languages; and to directly impact the cultural, educative, artistic, informative, and spiritual quality of life for viewing families and individuals, with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
The organization was founded by a group of international visionaries that today fulfill their responsibilities as officers and principals of the corporation. Each principal of the Global Christian Network is established within the fields of mass media and television, NPO/NGO management, and church leadership. They bring extensive expertise associated with television production, station management, television fundraising and donor development, linguistics and translation management, public relations and marketing.
The headquarters for GCN will be established in the northeast area of Metro Atlanta, not only one of the world's most international cities, and home to numerous international giants in the television industry – CNN, TNT, TBS, Superstation, Cartoon Network, and others; but also located in the heart of the “Bible Belt”, Atlanta is home to numerous Christian media ministries.
